Meet OBAR Intake: Miss Zoey!
Zoey’s foster dad found her just moments away from being mauled by a pack of stray dogs in Eagle Pass, Texas. Poor girl had climbed a tree to escape, but she was still in danger. Thankfully, her foster dad acted quickly to save this sweet, playful girl — and we’re so glad he did!
