She is a rescue that OBAR took in about 4 months ago! She was covered in fleas, had a nasty eye infection and was just skin and bones! In no time at all her amazing foster mama had her all cleaned up! Oreo is now a happy, healthy and fun-loving 4.5 months old who loves to give kisses and never leave your side!
